Founder and President

Mukesh Mangla founded Premium Development Group (PDG) in 1992. Mr. Mangla provides PDG with 40 years of engineering, construction and real estate development experience. Before founding PDG, formerly known as Premium Construction, LLC, Mr. Mangla spent 15 years at General Motors, managing the engineering and construction of plants and facilities in the US and globally. Utilizing his expertise, he has led PDG in acquiring, repositioning and developing many residential and commercial properties in Michigan and the Midwest.
