Vice President/General Counsel

Arti Mangla joined Premium Development Group (PDG) in 2016. Ms. Mangla is responsible for all development activities, from acquisition of raw land through financing, property development, design, construction and marketing. Prior to joining PDG, Ms. Mangla worked in the renewable energy industry, focusing on complex legal matters relating to development, finance and leasing. Her background also includes practicing law in Dallas, Texas and Chicago, Illinois, with a focus on commercial litigation.

Ms. Mangla received her Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs, from Indiana University and her Juris Doctorate from the John Marshall School of Law. She is an active member in the Women’s Leadership Initiative of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is admitted to the Texas Bar. She enjoys being active in various non-profits, including Habitat for Humanity, Acts of Kindness Collective, an international humanitarian organization, and most recently co-founded Fuel our Front Lines, a relief effort for front line workers during COVID-19.
